Custom Integrated Linear Drives
Trust Automation designed and manufactured a custom linear drive with noise cancellation and ultra-high precision speed control, and a low vibration/low speed motor. The integrated system achieved extremely tight speed regulation and very low electrical noise. The system also included I/O, control and display logic as well, driven by microprocessor and integrated with the linear drive. This control system and linear design could be adapted to other applications, applying a new form factor and unique firmware and software tailored to the application.
