In order to serve our business customers, Trust Automation will collect various information, including:
- Business professionals contact information including your name, title, company name, company email, company phone number.
- Any other information provided through contact forms, inquiries, or updates.
- Correspondence, which may include any personal information provided during an email correspondence or customer service engagement.
- Billing and administrative finance information.
- If you apply for a job with us, we may collect professional and employment-related information such as résumés, employment history, and qualifications.
- Information that your web browser automatically makes available to us whenever you visit a website, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, referral traffic information, the dates, times, and number of times you visited the Site, the pages viewed or interacted with on the Site, and browser metadata including type, version, and language.

- Trust Automation does not process any personal information deemed ‘sensitive’ as defined under state privacy laws, including information related to children (excluding the onsite licensed ‘Trust Children’s Center’).
- If you believe we have obtained personal information associated with children under the age of 16, please contact us at privacy@trustautomation.com and we will delete it.
