Our lineup of linear drives is ideal for high-precision positioning applications requiring low-noise operation. Our three-phase servo motor amplifiers include options that can run brush or brushless motors with up to 340 watts of power. We also offer a single-axis drive for applications requiring high power and velocity control, as well as a four-axis motion controller for any combination of brushed, brushless or stepper axis control.

Custom Linear Drives

Trust Automation has designed and manufactures a custom linear drive with noise cancellation and ultra-high precision speed control, and a low vibration/low speed motor. The integrated system achieves extremely tight speed regulation and very low electrical noise. The system also includes I/O, control and display logic as well, driven by microprocessor and integrated with the linear drive. This control system and linear design can be adapted to other applications, applying a new form factor and unique firmware and software tailored to the application.
