At Trust Automation, we don’t just churn out parts. Using our manufacturing agility, technical proficiency and industry-specific knowledge, we design, engineer, assemble and test a wide variety of motion control and power management technologies to meet each application’s unique needs.
We perform all electromechanical manufacturing and integration using advanced techniques and automation technologies to create complex turnkey systems. From laser cutters to additive manufacturing systems, our robust in-house equipment supports our ability to deliver custom motor and drive assemblies, cable solutions, build-to-print orders and other products in low to high volumes.
We also adhere to rigorous industry standards — including ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 — and employ lean manufacturing techniques to bring together mechanical, electrical, software and cable components into one complete and cost-effective system. For semiconductor applications, we assemble and test all components in our Class 10,000 cleanroom, ensuring product integrity.
Testing
Our testing capabilities include cleanroom tests, simulated load tests for defense applications and various environmental, thermal and electrical tests for high-, low- and no-power systems. We also design our own test applications and will customize testing protocols according to an application’s requirements. Our automation capabilities extend to our testing processes, which combine physical fixtures and cutting-edge software tools to provide a more reliable and cost-effective test setup.
