Should any product you've purchased from Trust Automation require repair, we are happy to help. Please follow these easy steps to ensure an efficient and quick transaction:
1. Call directly at +1 805.544.0761 and ask for a Return Authorization number.

2. E-mail us with your RMA Request and the number will be e-mailed back to you within 24-hours, along with information for return shipment and product warranty status. We will need your contact information, product part number and product serial number in order to track and process your repair. Out of warranty repairs require a purchase order number and an estimate will be provided to you before any repair costs are incurred.
3. Package your product in the original packaging material or in your packaging suitable for safe return to Trust Automation. Please be sure to put the RMA number on the outside of the container.
We make every effort to return your product within 4-weeks. However, if you need expedited repair service, please call us or note that on the RMA form. We offer expedited services for a nominal fee. We also offer discounts on replacement products with the return of a product damaged beyond reasonable repair. For more detail, refer to our Warranty Policy.
