Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing
We’ve participated in the design and manufacture of various Wafer Fabrication Processing Equipment. Wafer Processing includes Exposure Equipment, Photoresist Processing, Etching, Surface Conditioning, Thin Film Deposition including CVD and Sputter processes, Inspection and Measurement and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP). These applications are generally noise sensitive and require extremely precise position control, often in the nanometer range.

Medical/Biomedical Research
Many Medical and/or Biomedical equipment manufacturers are experts in their fields of application or research. We’ve assisted companies with the motion control aspects of these systems. Often, the applications require very specific mechanical and electrical hardware design, while the company typically produces the software.

Industrial Automation
Motion Control is key in the Industrial Automation industry. Processes today need to be faster and more reliable in the past but the competitive nature of industry requires a keen eye toward time to market and costs. Our experience has helped many companies design and produce cost effective, precise and high speed controls by continuing to be innovative and finding new solutions to old problems.

Trust Automation has worked with the entertainment and broadcast industry helping to create revolutionary new film projection equipment. We’ve also worked with other companies, designing and installing unique camera shuttle systems which have gone into many of the worlds largest news broadcast studios.
